Credentials are matched against known secret formats (API keys, tokens, private keys), so they're blocked outright, with no override available. Contract and policy terms are matched against documents you upload, so Alesia recognizes your specific confidentiality language instead of a generic keyword list. Files and screenshots are scanned for embedded sensitive content before they're attached to a prompt. Confidential documents are matched by fingerprint against your internal repository, so a leaked draft is caught even after the wording has been edited or reformatted. None of these checks depend on the employee remembering a rule or reading a policy document first: the same four layers run automatically on every prompt, on every device, the moment text is about to be sent.
